You can upgrade to a higher tier if you want to train more. You can also choose a longer contract term while keeping the same number of credits to benefit from a lower monthly fee.
When you switch contracts, your current contract is terminated early and a new contract with a new term is established. The remaining term of the old contract is not carried over.
Possible:
- S → M → L with the same or longer term
- 3 → 6 → 12 months with the same or larger plan
Not possible during the minimum contract term:
- L → M → S
- 12 → 6 → 3 months
A switch to a smaller model or a shorter term can only be requested after your current minimum contract term has expired.
