Please arrive on time for classes. At the beginning and end of each class, we greet and say goodbye to the instructors and fellow participants together.
Equipment such as gloves, jump ropes, or focus mitts must be returned to their designated place after use.
Please follow the instructions of the trainers and studio staff. The staff is authorized to issue instructions if necessary to maintain order, ensure safety, or enforce the house rules.
