Would you like to temporarily pause your membership? You can take 31 days of leave per membership year for personal reasons, unless your contract specifies otherwise.
Please request the suspension at least 5 business days before it begins. Send us an email with:
- your full name
- your membership number
- the desired start and end dates of the suspension
During the suspension period, you will not pay monthly membership fees and will not be able to use Fenriz’s services. Any agreed-upon recurring training and service fees remain unaffected by the suspension period. Your minimum contract term is extended by the duration of the suspension period.
A suspension period is not possible if your contract has already been terminated or if Fenriz would be entitled to terminate the contract for cause.
