If you have lost your membership card, please report it at the front desk. We will issue you a new membership card.
There is a €15 fee for a replacement card. The old card becomes invalid once the new card is activated.
If you have forgotten your membership card, you will generally not be granted access. If Fenriz grants you access as a courtesy, the card may be classified as lost after three consecutive visits without your own membership card, and a replacement card fee may be charged.
The membership card is personal and may not be transferred to other people.
