For every training session, you will need:
- Clean flip-flops or pool shoes to wear outside the mat and training areas
- Clean workout clothes
- A towel
- A water bottle (no glass)
- Your own protective gear, depending on the class
Sportswear must not have zippers, buttons, or pockets. Jewelry must be removed or taped down before training. The upper body must remain covered during classes and independent training, unless instructors make an exception.
